CANCELLATION POLICY

If for some reason other than an emergency you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you remember an opening has been reserved for you.

Out of consideration for other clients and ourselves we ask that you inform us of your cancellation 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 303-514-3622 macend42@aol.com

Failure to cancel or reschedule in the prescribed time will result in being charged for the missed appointment on your next visit.

This also applies to gift certificates, and packages purchased in advance, with first a warning and the second forfeiture of 1 coupon or gift certificate.

It is not our intent to make it difficult for our clients, but rather to be clear and fair for all concerned.
